If the antenna had been installed like instructions I properly would have much less dead spots as long as you free of large trees and wide highway overpasses it works well enough for me

The oroduct was installed and works great. All I had to do was activate with Sirius XM and it works great.

Unit was installed quickly with no problems and ahead of schedule.

First, let me be clear that I think this is more to blame on Best Buy than the tech. I got a deck install on a basic car. A no frills, basic point A to B car. After the install I noticed a new rattle in my car. I know this because I DRIVE IT EVERYDAY. So after 2 weeks of just waiting to see if somehow it goes away on its own, I take it back and explain the new rattle that started after the install. I told him, ' it sounds like loose nut or screw rattling around right under the deck'. An hour later, tech said he found nothing but secured some of his work from initial install in case. 2 weeks later I removed the bezel around the radio and guess what I found?! A SCREW! It was right under the deck rolling back in forth in a little pocket UNDER THE DECK. Anyways, I attribute this mostly to Best Buy due to their lack of time they give the techs to do quality work. I would assume with more time he would have installed it correctly. Also, when working on a car, there are no extra parts. So if you pull off 10 screws, then 10 screws go back in. Treat it like surgery and count your tools and hardware post job.
