HAD A GREAT INSTALLER FROM GRANDVILLE,MI INSTALL MY RADIO FUN PERSON

After the install, I haven't had any problems with it and it seems to be working great.

The Stereo I purchased came with free installation so I had the Geek Squad install it. This is going to be long but it needs to be detailed so you can understand the frustration of this installation. I bought A JVC stereo and scheduled an installation. The first time I came in to have it installed the did not have all the parts so I had to reschedule, I came back the second time they did not have a cable so I had to make another appointment, The third time I show up they were still missing a adapter cable for my back up camera, but they installed the stereo and now my steering wheel volume control and station down control did not work. I tried to call the store to tell them about the problem and was diverted to the call center. I talked to the call center and they said someone would call me back with in 48 hours, I never received a call from anyone and they will not let you talk to the local store manager. I go back for the fourth time and they hook up my back up camera but now my airbag light comes on, my blower motor for the heater is ticking and my dc outlet does not have power anymore. I told the service tech about this before I left the store and he tells me I have to have a scan run on my van to see why the airbag light is on. I try to talk to the manager with no luck then call the service line they take all the info and say the I will receive a call within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and called back and got the say response. I can everyday for a week and no one ever called me. Now I have to return for the fifth time. (I live about an hour from the store so it is a two hour round trip and about three hours waiting. That is five hours each time I went to the store. The tech was able to get everything working BUT I get a call the next day that they forgot to put the cover back on my fuse box under the hood and would mail it to me. It has been raining. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy. I have been a life long Customer and have had numerous stereos installed by them and never had anything like this. If someone would have just called me to tell me they would take care of the problems I would not have given such a bad review but their customer service is horrible. I have to add they did give me a $25 credit on my third trip. No one contacted me at all and that is ridiculous service.

Fits in with sat unit. Necessary part but insures function and cleaner installation.
