Wonderful installation Brandon was great and install perfect

Took multiple trips into the store, and for the geek squad to install auto radio semi correctly. Even after multiple trips including 2 different locations 1 button on steering wheel doesn't work and 1 appears to be connected wrong. Twice in the past 2 weeks husband was driving and all of sudden no sound from satellite radio, or regular radio. Had to shut off car and restart car before it would work again. Not sure what the problem is and no time to bring in again. Replaced the factory radio/CD/Satellite with this one due to hands free law while driving, this was expensive and not sure it has given us what we wanted or need. Making phone calls are inconsistent but maybe the operator?

The installation went smoothly and everything works.

Was pretty tired of the basic radio stations..and really enjoy my many options now

Absolute disaster. Still have lingering electrical issues in vehicle. Had a pioneer head unit installed and after one week car would not start. Tech made house visit and could not figure it out. Had vehicle towed to Toyota garage and they found that install caused EFI fuse to blow. Few days later car would not start. Blamed it on radio and offered better radio at discount. Installed JVC head unit and worked for ten days. Car wouldn't start. Tech made another house visit. Was not able to get it to start. Finally, messed with car starter (installed by best buy 2-3 years ago) and got car to start. Couple days later it wouldn't start again. Another house visit. Tech uninstalled radio and put in factory radio. Couple days later car won't start. Tech uninstalled car starter and got it to start. Now I am back to factory radio and have no car starter that I bought from best buy a couple years ago. Heated seat also went out during all this terrible and had to pay for that to be repaired. Dealer can't say definitively that the wiring issues caused the heated seat to malfunction, but seems consistent with other symptoms. Had dealer check and fix all wiring affected by install and car is finally fixed. I am out a few hundred dollars and a car starter. This is the first radio I have had best buy install. Never again! I have had them install four or five car starters and never had an issue.... Until this one has to be uninstalled after the radio issues.

So it's been close to over two years since the purchase of this radio tuner and back up camera and I have had a lot of issues. The radio is currently not working at all soundwise and the best buy store that originally did the installation no longer deals with drive ins so I'm forced to go somewhere miles off to go pay for maintenance and possibly a replacement. Two years ? That's all this lasted ? I have no sound coming out my radio and/or peripherals. So no I'm not a happy customer.

The XM sat radio is so great. I love to listen to Howard Stern!!

I am enjoying my Satellite radio. The installer was very helpful.

The tuner is great. I'm paid for a service (200.00) that I can't even use. (Totaltech) due to not having someone on store that could install it. Very disappointed.

Good addition for an older car. Use almost every day.

not sure if it was the installer, or just the equipment, but between the constant squeak of the plastic equipment mount, and the stereo turning off at inconvenient times its just been a really poor experience all together.

it sound beautiful and i haven't had any issue so far.
