Needed to have hands free calling installed in my company truck, they failed to order all the parts for my satellite radio to work, had to order it in, I traveled almost 3 hours from out of town so that meant another trip, scheduled the service for two weeks later, then all installs stopped for Covid19 understandable, they called to put me on a list once they start again, then I receive an E-Mail a month latter telling me that I did not pick up my part and am now being refunded and canceled, and no one will pick up the phone, they cut me a deal on the part due to the travel and not ordering everything needed but I'll bet I have to pay full price when the time comes, plus to top it off they failed to hook up all my USB ports that are in my center consul so those are now useless.

When it works it gets great service but looses signal in odd places.

Good work a little pricey but all works well. I would do it again

Was excited when I first bought it for my pioneer head unit with xm radio. It works,but service is spotty even on the open highway where there is nothing to interfere with the signal! Need a better product! Almost a waste to be subscribed to xm radio!

The radio is very slow when changing functions and the radio reception is bad.

Too many additional purchases had to be made .....

A Convenient & Affordable Good Installation Option!!

This item was purchased to support my new car stereo. ,

I had Best Buy install a JVC stereo and a back-up camera in my wife’s van. NEVER AGAIN—had the van in twice to fix problems, then the stereo died and needed replacement. Wife didn’t like an upgraded stereo, so I replaced it with the same model that was originally installed. However, the original JVC radio had a WIRED microphone to optimize the stereo, the second had wireless. The tech left the wireless Mike in the van when he swapped out the radios—so it’s useless! I said, screw it and never brought it back to have it changed out—again!

The antennae install used the third break light on the cab of my 2500 HD truck as an access point to the roof. This caused a leak. A small amount of foresight and application of a latex sealer would have prevented this.

Need for creating stereo listen to satellite radio

My radio still does not work, have to come back again for service, 4. Times

I was told by salesperson that it would be installed by your installation team for free. Your installation team at various locations said that no one would do it. I had to go to an outside installer and pay 700.00 for the install.

3 times I had to go back and my radio still isn't functioning properly. I bought a $450 radio and a $99 back up camera and am into it for over $1200 with extras that the installers said were not included. Never again Best Buy.

Got a raido and they said free install after 200 of extra satalight raido parts( my car already had satalight raido so I don't know why I needed all this extra stuff) I asked over and over this is still free install right they assured me yes. After and hour wait and having everything hooked up they charged me extra to have the satalight raido installed. So my free installation turned out being 265 bucks plus the 120 radio.

Finally, got satellite radio in my new vehicle, really enjoy music without commercials

Best Buy shippers returned the watch but it still shows delivered to Chino California. I live in Texas and its impossible to get any help who can read the notes to follow up

Poor review because although free installation was offered and I would have loved to have it and is one of the main reasons I chose to purchase through Best Buy, I couldn’t because of you lack of parts , so now I’m just waiting for me to have time to put it in or pay to have someone else install it .

I made my appt to install my satelitte radio about 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived they very rudely told me that they couldn't install because the store was using the install bay to hold Black Friday merchandise. Seeing as how I had driven an hour to have it installed, I did not let them push me around or cancel me but basically told the manager it was unacceptable. They finally agreed to install the radio and it fell apart the very next day!

Radio didn’t work after install .. it’s only been 4 days since installation. I’m out of town but upon returning I’m taking it back
