Awful

As it sounds like the installation was completed at a local Best Buy location, I recommend speaking directly to a store manager to explore any remaining questions that you have, or calling 1-800 GEEKSQUAD (800-433-5778).

Satisfied with work performed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Onyx system from SiriusXM, but decided to go to local Best Buy to have it installed instead of trying to do it myself. Not thrilled with 'geeks' who worked on car and almost walked out of store before work was started. I found them to be very rude. Don't talk to me when your mouth is full of pizza. However, I was satisfied with the end result. Much better than if I had done it myself.

Nice and Easy

I was able to get in the same day of purchasing the install service and the actual install was completed in less time than originally planned. The reception is great and the whole process from purchase to install was painless, good job Whitehall, store 587!
