I had my XM Tuner and controller installation installed in my Not Xm ready 2015 Honda Accord LX and the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and did a flawless installation and the price was more than reasonable. I could not be happier, Many thanks to this Geek Squad installer !!

I had a question about my old touchscreen computer. I called them and they walked me through it step by step. Resolved that issue then on to my next issue. They took me step by step on that issue also and fixed it right over the phone. This is an outstanding service, well worth the time and money!! Good job squad !!!

Best Buy indicated when we bought the radio we were to get 2 months of free service. When we called Sirius they said the radio did not qualify for the 2 mo. free service. I'm curious? What happened? Radio is great but we would like the 2 months free service as promised. Is Sirius not being honest with us? Please investigate for me. Thanks.

My technician that installed the radio was great. Installation was completed on time as promised. After it was finished. The technician took the time to explain how to work the radio. Also, showed me what to provide Sirus. When I call to hook that item up.

I am extremely happy with the installation of the satellite radio port. The Best Buy Geek Squad was extremely friendly, knowledge and very informative. They checked with me concerning the placement of the various parts so I knew exactly where everything was going to be placed before they put any holes in my vehicle. Extremely happy!

Quick install. I brought in the wrong kind of radio for my car & he helped recommend something that would work. Didn't try to upsell me & made sure I still wanted him to install since the new radio could have been installed myself (with more wires showing). Awesome service.

Purchased the product, set the installation appointment, show up, ate lunch, got the call install was complete. The installer assisted me with getting my stereo setup and link to my smartphone. Working like a champ with not complaints.

The tech knew his craft and product. But the results were not satisfying. The Sirius radio---despite being checked and double checked---continues to go silent for long stretches of time. I will take it in again and hope problem gets resolved with the radio or it gets upgraded. There's got to be a fix. But, I do trust the tech. I think he's skilled and professional.

Had issues with the tuner finding SXM. Took a couple of tries, but the tech made it work, no issues since last visit.

Tecnicians installed the XM radio receiver on my Pioneer head unit. Working great.I was able to transfer my account to the new radio and continue listening in my truck.

The serviceman was excellent! His work was done neatly. He was very polite when I complained about the salesman who sold the radio. He explained how to operate the features of the radio.

I needed an FM antenna for my Sirius XM radio, the technician was courteous and fast! My husband had attempted installation, but was stumped when there was no aux plug. The Geek Squad member was very nice and knew what he was doing. It only took an hour to complete the job.

The crew that installed my device are well trained and walked me through everything that I needed to know. The next time I need an installation I hope to have the same personal.

Benjamin did a terrific job installing the system, making it functional in my 15-year-old car, and explaining everything to me.

The install took more than several hours but the end result was fantastic. I had an amplifier, 6 speakers and new radio installed. When the install was finished they showed me how to navigate the radio. I really enjoy getting into my car because of the new car audio system.

The install team in Green Bay Wisconsin made a perfect job of my installation. Due to a Mercedes fiberoptic issue they had to bypass the Bose amp, but the resulting stereo sounds superb and I can't thank Adam and Co enough.
