The installers of my radio were fast friendly and professional. They were very knowlegable about the products at Best Bye so while I waited for completion of the installation they assisted me with a selection of speakers and the whole process was a little over anhour. I'm very pleased

Installation of my satellite audi I system was finished in a vrey professional and timely fashion.

Our appointment for the installation went great! Of course I had checked with them prior to the appointment to make sure I had all the correct parts. So glad I did because the salesman had ordered one wrong part. Was able to get the correct part ordered and delivered in time for my appointment.

The reps were/are polite professional and installled in a professional manner.

The process was reviewed with me before work began as well as a complete overview of parts needed to complete the job. Everything went according to plan and the install actually took less time than anticipated. Awesome job!

The technician installed my radio and all component without a hitch. He then followed through in setting up my Sirius system and made sure I was up and running. Sirius had an issue but he stayed with me until they [ Sirius ] got their act together.

Pulled into stall shortly after arriving. This technician was top notch! Very knowleable. Everything needed for radio replacement was not ordered by sales rep but he took care of it for us.

The agent John was very helpful. I didn't know what type of radio I wanted for my car and he was on point with selecting the rite radio for my car. He hooked me up with all the rite things that was needed and did a great job with installing it.

Got a satellite radio for my vehicle for my birthday. Thought I would install it myself until I looked at the instructions. Made an appointment to have it installed at the store. The installers were quick and efficient. My only complaint is I didn't know what my options were for the type of installation so I didn't get it hardwired into my vehicle.

Martin is the tech who installed my Sirius radio at the Bayshore store. I can't say enough about how professional he is. He went above and beyond until the installation was complete. In one instance, on his own time. Great job, great guy. You are lucky to have such an employee.

Excellent Service can not complain about these guys. Their system didn't book out the right amount of install time they immediately called me to get it fixed and were still able to do it the same day as well as install new speakers since my rear ones were out and I didn't even know.

XM radio works great after install. All wires are out of site and hidden Well worth the money to have someone that knows what they are doing take care of it.

The geek squad installer did an excellent job of installing my stereo in my truck and in less time than quoted. He explained all the functions to me and how to change the settings on the radio. I would highly recommend these guys ..

I was very pleased with the installation. It integrates well with my Kenwood entertainment system that I had installed at the same time. It's great to get rid of my large old Sirius unit that I purchased in 2006.

Overall good. Does not work for Android phones longer then a minute or two. Also cannot access original features on vehicle such as clock..

After numerous attempts to have a new stereo installed, it finally got done. I just wish someone would have informed me of everything I needed to complete the work instead of me having to make many appointments and after many delays. Tech who completed the work was very understanding and did his best to satisfy me.
