First and foremost-I've been a Sauder fan and consumer for decades. Decades! I've have multiple units from desks, an armoire, large shelving units, file cabinets, etc. Every one was put together at home or office with meticulous attention to detail. Most pieces have lasted many, many years. This piece was like paying for a Caddy and getting a Pinto! 1. Pieces were missing. 2. Holes were NOT all drilled. 3. Holes and hardware did NOT line up. 4. Wood was warped in areas. 5. Drawer railings and screw were misaligned. Drawers won't open/close but a few inches without playing tug-of-war! 6. Hardware was missing. If I could have, I would have returned it. In my falty expectations, I let the return date come and go because I've had nothing but positive results with this brand since the 20th century. This desk ended up being a piece of crap. Unfortunately it wobbles and I have to shim it. It was not assembled by an amateur and as a matter of fact, if it weren't for his vast experience the desk would a big pile of useless junk! I was there in real time watching every step. I SAW every problem, misalignment, and counted & recounted for missing pieces. I was pretty mad by the last page of the 'instruction' print-out. I've got it shoved in a corner of my new office space to help stabilize it. Not happy with the placement but don't have much of a choice. I will never, EVER buy a sauder piece again. I don't know who or where Sauder's manufacturer/s are, but someone was asleep at the wheel on this one. For the money I paid, I did not get the product I expected. And that just sucks. The end.

This desk is amazing! Its solid, sturdy and has a lot of storage space! The box was extremely heavy but it was definitely worth the price!

Missed a piece and had a duplicate of one of the shelves so had to make an order on a part replacement. I can see how annoying it would be to someone but i didnt mind. Other than that i think this is a great quality desk aside from the fact that its all particle board and low quality at that so make sure all screws are done near perfect or you may accidentally destroy the product. The metal is a great touch to the aesthetic and overall say im satisfied. Good space for double monitor setup and an additional side table for work and multitasking effectiveness.

good quality but it took me more than 1 week to build it. If you don't have experience, don't buy it.

Directions are a little hard to follow, make sure you are checking pictures carefully as you build it!

i really like it, it took a couple hours for my son to put together due to several pieces.

Color look deep gray in pictures but the metal is actually black. Packages really well!!!

Excellent!!! Strong construction, all supports are metal to metal, and the metal netting makes for a great place to hang pictures.

Missing pieces. Also got another Sauder product (a dresser) that was missing pieces and fell apart while being put together.

It's a awesome desk sturdy and looks really good...
