As much as I want to join the best buy hate train, I think there's a whole batch of damaged steelbooks because they're damaged in the same spot, but either way, this is ridiculous & I will NOT be ordering a third! Guess I'll have to pay up the nose for one on ebay.

The item came with loose disc and something sounds broken on the inside. I know Best Buy's horrible policy if something is opened, so I am going to leave it as is is and returne the item. Best Buy Quality control stinks. The steelbook was okay, but it still arrived in a bubblemailer instead of a padded box. The design of the steelbook is great, so still recommending it only for that reason.

IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE SHOT THE STEELBOOK WITH A BB GUN. STEELBOOKS SHOULD BE SHIPPED ONY IN BOXES, NEVER IN THE BAGS THAT BB ALWAYS USES!!!!
