This case was free with game purchase.. It showed as as 59.99 value.. I definitely would not paid that.. Maybe $2.. Would be nice if it could hold more han one cartridge.. But as us is just another option to store one game.. But for free was great

I picked this up due to the price, which was the same as the regular game. However, if you've yet to pick up Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, you'll be able to get a fancy steelbook case for the mascot racer for a very limited time from Best Buy.

I think we got this case free with our purchase of a game and controllers or something. It's not needed because the original plastic game case is sufficient. I suppose if you're in to "collectibles" this might be your thing.

It was free, so, why not right? Cool little case. Would have been much better if it had slots to hold several games. As it is, holds one game with lots of extra space. My son likes it though, so that's all that matters.

I had hoped this wouldn't just be a replacement for a regular case but something I could keep several games in. Unfortunately the inside is just like the regular case and only has one game card holder.

A metal case came with the game. Thinking that this is pretty useless. Got it with the game. I know have two cases for one game. This should have been made for multiple games to carry.

It's a metal case for Mario Kart 8. It came with my copy for free, but the game also came in the standard case. So now I have two cases for the same game. Yay?

Doesn't feel like the strongest hinges were used, but it's a nice looking, wipe-clean case. Not the most inspired art work. Strength is in its simplicity.

Great - holds exactly 1 card chip. Way a waste of space - could have made it to hold 8 or so games... This was a free add-on but like who cares?

Itza hard case for ya games! Great for replacing the oversized plastic case that came with Mario Kart 8. Now we have 4 cases for 3 games.

the material is great, it is high quality, but it is useless. I didn't find a use, unless you are a huge Mario fan
