The package was beat up but the was no visible damage to the bike itself. After taking an hour or 2 to put together, I put 10 miles on it with the rolling hills program, everything worked well. I weigh about 180 and it was a smooth ride, no shaking or instability. I might get a softer seat cover, but I don't think that takes away from value on the bike.
