    Read reviews. One person said he heard a noise after so many miles. Went on to describe how he contacted Best Buy,was directed by BB to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer sent parts two different times, bike still makes noise. Well my bike does exactly the same thing his bike does. A noise along with a thump. I don’t want to nor should I have to get elbows deep in this thing and try to fix it. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot on a new bike. I should’ve listen to the negative reviews and not purchase this bike. Unfortunately I chose Best Buy over Amazon. I should’ve chose Amazon due to the fact that Amazon returns are fairly simple. Don’t buy this bike unless you like fixing things.

    Very nice. Very quiet but has a small click sound when peddling. Assembly took about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I just bought a seat cover for some extra padding. Can peddle for 30 minutes without butt hurting without the extra padding.
