Did my research. Wanted quiet, high quality performance exercise bike where I have the option to keep my back straight. Have had the bike less than a month and see noticeable improvement in my fitness level. Love Best Buy's Geek Squad service. Covid protocol on point. Also, dealing with Best Buy's Customer Service easy and hassle free. The first delivered bike had a small factory flaw and Best Buy facilitated a replacement asap.

Easy to setup. Very quiet machine when using. Overall, very satisfied with delivery and product.

Best home exercise bike that I could find and afford, with good price and six months no int from Bbuy, but honestly nowhere near as sturdy and comfortable as professional grade bikes at Planet fitness etc. Installed competently by some nice young men from geek squad but took a month to get an appointment that was convenient for me.

The Schwinn 170 Exercise Bike has been terrific for us during this pandemic. It was easy to set up, program our profiles, and use for short or long rides. It's a quick adjustment of the seat height and reach for my wife and I to share the bike. We're both very happy with our purchase.

Early in our use, but we love it so far. Our kids came over and said they like the seat better than the one on their new Peleton. Assembly was easy using the directions. Complete and understandable. It took about an hour, as described. a good price to features bike.

I think I would like the bike better if I could ride it. I have been trying to find a different seat to put on the bike so that it would be comfortable for me but I have not been successful. The seat hurts my bottom and my back at this point it is a waste of money until I can find a solution.

I enjoy using this stationary bike. My only gripe is the sit is a little uncomfortable but other than that it was a great buy.

Not good for your hard core workout enthusiast. Better off buying a spinner. Wife bought it and I am using it as a clothes rack.

This is a decent Upright bike with the price. I got whatever I was looking for. Its not the high end one we usually use in the gym, but look at the price, I am happy with this one, though I am using less than one week.

The bike does exctly what we wanted from it, I somewhat no-frills bike that is sturdy enough for an actual workout. It also hase some features we haven't tried yet, like the bluetooth connectivity, so far pleased with the purchase.

As advertised. I was replacing a Nordictrack bike and was going to buy that brand again. But, the Schwinn had much better reviews as it applies to assembly. Not sure the Schwinn is quite as sturdy but overall I’m pleased.

Went together pretty easily with help of You Tube video. It's getting a good workout and no problems or adjustments. We like it!

Purchased for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Very easy to assemble. Bike is well made. Worth every cent. Highly recommend.

The bike is compact enough that it does not take up a lot of room. Love the fan feature and the ability to track time, heart rate, calories, etc. Easy to adjust the seat

Curbside pickup worked beautifully! The bike is extremely quiet and smooth, just like we wanted. It wasn’t easy to assemble, it took two of us 2 hours, but we did it! We aren’t the best judges of that.

This is a high end bike for home use, and it does its job very well. The quality of the machine is very good, and it runs very smoothly and quietly, but there were a couple of minor glitches during assembly. The user manual that comes with the machine is incomplete and you have to go online to get the complete manual - I think they could have thrown in the extra pages for the price. That said, the price is good for the technology that is delivered. I would buy it again any time, and recommend it to friends.
