Im not sure if its like this with other ellipticals but its definitely a frustrating purfhase. You are better off either buying a gym membership or going out for a walk.

Do not purchase installation service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never write negative reviews but I can't let this one slide. Do not buy best buy installation service. The installation service is the worst. After 3 days of use, I noticed the machine is making a lot of noise, but I thought maybe I need to put more WD40 or what not and will kick in after awhile. Then after 3 days of use, screws start falling down the floor. I then check all the screws on the machine....I kid you not, 80% of the screws are not secured properly. Few crucial screws I could remove it using my fingers. In addition, the installation guys did not leave me the hardware to fix as well. Few more things worth mentioning about my experience: - They park in the middle of the main road even though I told them I have space in the drive way (thankfully no one complained). They just don't care. - When they carry the box in the house, they hit literally everything around the way. They just don't care, they just need that box in the house. - They complained about haul away - that the old equipment is too big. I simply ignored them. Yeah if it is a pocket size item, I would have done it myself. They got that part done though, but the complaining was unnecessary. - The installation guys just want to get out asap, when you get a sense that's the type of people are giving you service, triple check their work. The loose screws or poor installation can easily injure someone.
