Meet my expectations. Very Easy to assemble. Its a bit loud but not bothering.

Machine was easy to assemble and has worked great!! A minor adjustment on belt after it shifted after breaking it in with daily use.

This treadmill is amazing. I have it outside under my porch with a cover and it’s been holding up great with no issues.

Purchased in March last year wasn’t able to use right away unfortunately! Just set it up this month and right out of the box only worked for 8 seconds then stopped! Gave an E1 ERROR so after googling seen it was a speed sensor issue! But why? It’s never been used why is it not working? I adjusted the sensor and it worked for a few days now back at square one with the E1 ERROR and it doesn’t work again! I am so disappointed in this purchase wish I would have done more research looks like this is a common problem with this machine! Not sure at this point what to do just feeling so frustrated! Buying something that cost so much and doesn’t work correctly and has problems right out of the box is just ridiculous!

One word - bad experience!! If allowed I would like to give -5 star. Bad service by Best buy itself. I am "My Best Buy Total member", but this time got a really waste of time experience. Now I don't understand what is the use of this delivery/installation option with My Best Buy Total membership, if they can't make the things working after the installation. Ordered this treadmill and opted for delivery and installation. After the installation the delivery guy checked the machine and it got stopped after few seconds, he tried a lot but couldn't make it working. So, I called the Best Buy customer care and scheduled for exchange the same machine again. After a week they came to my home with a new machine but started checking the non-functional machine which was lying in my house. After checking some manuals they mentioned to me that I am supposed to buy and lubricate this machine to start working. I told them that I understand the maintenance part, but it should work after the first installation right out of the box. As a customer I am not supposed to go to market and buy the lubricant and then only this machine will start working for the first time. If that is the case the lubricant should have come in the box. I paid ~$900 for this machine and you are saying that after installation I need to buy lubricant to make it to work for the first time. I talked to Best Buy customer care again and looks like that lady was too rude and told me that I didn't buy the lubricant, that's why this machine can not work after installation. She also mentioned that even with the new installation of this machine, I'll get the same issue, it will not work right out of the box and finally they took both the machine back and I lost my 3-4 weeks of time waiting for this garbage thing.

Worked great at first. I ran 1-2 miles a day. For a total of 15 days . During a run E1 error stopped me in the middle of my run. Googled, And the sensor has BURNT/MELTED. So upset. Ive read this happens often. Calling manu

This treadmill met out needs. It is simple easy to use and a good value. My husband and I both use it regularly and are very pleased with it.

Very nice machine, easy to use, I recommend it to anyone looking forward to loose weight or burn calories to stay healthy.

At first it was amazing but a few months in and its slightly acting up. When I want to speed I hit the up botton and it slows down a bit then speeds back up and gets to speed I wanted, kind of wierd, slight inconvenience but it still works.

Exactly what I needed. Best Buy did the installation and it has been working fine so far (been 2 months) Not as quiet as I thought it would be compared to my previous treadmill by True. Makes squeaky sound while running that comes and goes. The 'soft' running board feels a bit odd for me probably would have preferred just regular running board with orthopedic belt. Overall very happy with purchase and price point.

I have been running on this for about three weeks. I am 70 years old and run at a slow pace. It works very well for me.

So far I love it! It isnt loud and so many options for workouts and inclines. The installation process was very smooth. It's user friendly and I like hooking up my iPad to speakers.

We received and put the treadmill together; it would not work. It came up with an error code. We called technical support and he said the speed sensor is not working. It can be jarred in shipping and maybe needs an adjustment or a new sensor. Well that was April 1st, same day we received it. We received a replacement sensor, but no technician to repair it, today is April 12th! If it wasn't so big and bulky we would have returned it to the store. It seems very difficult to schedule an appointment for the technician to come to our home to take care of it.

Quality machine that gets the job done. It's all about taking that first step!

A pretty good treadmill for the price. It hasn't been too long, but I can say for the moment that for home-like equipment, it gets the job done, and well. For this price range, very hard to beat. I recommend having a garage spot for it since it will be pretty hard getting it through your in-house doors.
