Reason being afrer a few months of purchase it does hard stops and if you buy the warranty best buy will still send you to the manufacturer. Parts will take months to arrive so i have only been able to use this treadmill 3 months out of the year i have had it.

I have only owned this treadmill for a couple of months and it wont stop throwing a E1 code. After 8 to 10 seconds this treadmill throws a code and abruptly stops. We have fixed it once and it keeps happening. The treadmill is inoperable. So now im out the money and with best buys ridiculous return policy I'm stuck paying for something i cant use.
