It worked for 20 mins then I got error E1. Customer service for bowflex was easy to get up with and they got the parts ordered. It took a month for the guys to come out to put the parts in and guess what? It still is not working. they have to order more parts. very unhappy and upset.

I have almost run into the screen of the treadmill and smashed my face on floor because of it. It should be called the hazard key because it’s hurting me more than it is saving me.

They have cancelled my origional delivery without informing me, the second one was cancelled too, and it's been cancelled an moved back another week.

It’s really the perfect size, runs quietly and everything I need for my walk/run workout ! The best part is you are not “required” to pay a fee for an app you may not want !

I didn't realize it until the day it was scheduled for delivery. Then they called me to confirm someone was available for delivery and I told them about my incorrect address that I provided and they glad delivered it to the correct address so I was very pleased.

When you call BestBuy costumer service, they just tell you to call Schwinn customer service to get help. Now I have to either return or exchange this tomorrow. Not happy.
