Strong magnet. Size gives you different options on placement in your vehicle

I bought this product because I liked the magnet feature. You peel the back off of a magnet and stick it to the back of your phone/phone case. This magnet is what holds the phone up to the mount that uses a suction to stick to your dashboard. Adhesive sticks very well to the phone case and the magnet is very strong. However, the suction cup at the bottom of the mount does not stay very well (especially in the heat) and I so I have learned to periodically re-stick it by pressing down very hard and locking the arm on the mount that creates the suction. Overall decent product.

Everything is Everything. All of the theme for this item to be available for use. Is available and immediately after getting everything situated I really enjoyed this item. Made a big difference with my 7 inch GPS.

I have used many of these suction mounts and it holds very well! The magnetic strength is great! My car has a lowered suspension and even with it being bouncy the phone has never fallen. Easy to grab the phone and re-attach it with one hand. Beats those other holders where you need two hands to release it and put it back. I’ll never go back to those again. Magnetic is the way! Excellent product for the price!

Just installed yesterday. Suction cup took a little work to find the right spot to install, but once it took it's working great so far. The magnet feature is outstanding. I have a Galaxy Note 8 so a very heavy phone and the magnet holds it well. I've even flipped between portrait and landscape with no issue. Can't beat the price either.

Make sure you pick the right spot. If you move it from place to place, the sticky stuff on the cup becomes useless. The mount fell off my dash without the phone even attached. It works best on glass.

I bought this holder for my TomTom since the mounting bracket that came with it broke. I applied the magnet, and it holds it firmly. It's a little top-heavy, but that's because it's not really designed for the TomTom. I have another stand that sits on the dash that the front of the TomTom rests on. Works great.

I have several and it's one of the best mounts I've ever owned and I think I've tried then all. Works terrific, strong magnets even on my Goldwing but have to watch it over BIG bumps!

It holds well on a smooth surface but it will not tick on the rough dashboard. Not sure how well it will work in the summer heat.

I recommend using it on the window. It struggles on the dashboard, especially if it’s leather or in the heat. Comes with three magnets so can use with multiple phones

Device Sticks very well to car and hard to remove from car. Need to stick metal piece to your phone. so, limited to use of two devices only. as we get only two metal stickers.

I wouldn't call it a dash mount at all, but it works awesome on my window. It didn't hold on my dash for long, but had held up on the window for a long time now

Bought this phone mount to replace another Scosche mount purchased about 4 years ago. The old one’s shaft disintegrated in the heat and sun. This new one has a much better adjustable connection between the windshield suction cup and the magnet to mount the phone. The Scosche magnetic mount is very easy to use.

I’ve used a number of suction cup magnetic mounts, this one is great! I’ve used this on a number of surfaces in a number of environments. In the car, on the plane, on dressers, mirrors, etc. This mount held strong in all environments and locations keeping my phone in view for any length of time.

Its a pretty strong magnet, so its great for GPS support in the car. The swivel fuction is kinda funky sometimes but nothing major

Really nice dash mount for my phone. It was hard to find a spot to put it but that was car design issue. Holds my phone secure while using gps and hands free

This mount is absolutely perfect. Holds my Pixel 3 XL without any issues. The phone does not fall or shift while driving. The mount stays secure and has not had to be reattached. It is secure right where I installed it the first time. Love it and highly recommend. I would purchase again.

Says it holds on textured surfaces not in all instances is true. I found in winter with heater running it looses its hold had my phone fall multi pull times. On the windshield no issue. The other problem is when you use wireless charging you have to put the metal plate all the way to the bottom of the phone so when windshield mounted you have to tilt phone at a downward angle or put the mount very low on the windshield. As far as recommending to a friend it's more a mabe!

I currently utilize a protective case on my phone. I placed the metal attachment inside the case to eliminate constantly catching the plate with my hand. With the size and weight of my phone and the thickness of the protective casing, the mount will not support my phone. I have to use the mount as a prop while my phone is supported by my dash. The magnet is strong enough that the phone stays against the mount with the dash as support.

Holds phone very well. I have a heavier phone for work and it doesn't move around like other mounts did. I ended up buyina a second one for my other vehicle.
