Great idea - crappy design. Do NOT buy

And it would be so simple to have rectified if they just tested a prototype prior to launching for sale. I love the idea that it has dual application. My husband has one type of case and I have a pop socket. This concept should cover both. But the pop socket feature is crap! It barely extends to load the edge of the pop socket. As a result, I’m fighting to hold it open (underneath the phone) and apply enough pressure that I can slide the pop socket into the so very limited gap. The feature collapses constantly so that it only grabs one edge and as a result the entire attempt fails as I slide it down and it drops off the other side. A simple fix??? Just expand the extension of the opening on the pop socket feature. Crazy how little it would have taken. Do NOT buy this unless a revision comes out. It will frustrate the crap out of you.

Weak adhesive on metal plate

It seemed like it would have be a great product for my phone with a pop socket but when I placed my phone on it, my phone would turn sideways. It would never be straight up and down. But I think it had to do with my pop socket because my pop socket would turn anyway. So it could have been my socket or could be the holder itself. But again, unfortunately I had to return it. I was hoping for a better turnout. If your pop socket doesn’t turn/spin while just being on your phone then I’m sure this holder would work perfectly.

Magnet and adheasive issue

And the sticky magnet that attaches to the back of the phone to hold it on the dash mount , came unglued from phone after a week. I did follow advise from the instructions to use hot water to rinse mount adheasive for re-applying to dash...that seemed to work. But the stick on magnet to back of phone never stays on.

Most people don’t realize but the brain in your head can actually solve problems sometimes.

Disappointed

It would not hold on the dash, door, center console... and I followed the video instructions exactly - rinse, wipe off, let it dry, and apply. Increase the suction capability and you will a great product.

Buying this is like throwing away money

Not enough sticky residue was left, so it's completely unusable. You have to position it perfectly right on the first attempt, and it will not work on textured surface at all. Had to throw it away the same day I bought it.

Sticky adhesive not suction

Also, the idea is there but having your phone hang on by the pop socket thing is really annoying because it’s constantly shaking and if I even touch my phone. It starts moving around. Not a fan.
