Great phone holder/charger

Best Buy Policy Sucks!

The cord was ripped from the car’s charger leaving the charger with wires hanging out. I went to back to Best Buy the next day and just wanted to know if I could exchange it or return it. Two lady’s came to me and said due to their policy if it is damaged I can’t return now exchange. It has to be damaged from the box. They kept talking and saying the same thing as I stood there distraught. I took the bag with my damaged mount and blew up in my car.
