Ended up buying off of Amazon when a friend let me try theirs that did work that came from Amazon. Most disappointing was how I did not get any help at Best Buy. On my second driver, I specifically asked when I walked in for someone to help me and to send with someone back there. Nobody came. Saw a lot of people standing around, but nobody working except the cashiers.

Tried to return it but it was outside of the 14 day window had the receipt and explained that I had been out of town for most of that time.

This is now a Florida Law for hands-free while driving. When I plug my phone into my car jack I can talk using car speakers. My phone is heavy but no problem holding it with this mount system.
