This is one of those items you dont need until you NEED it. I recommend everyone have one of these, especially if your car battery is over 3 years old. One important note, when you use it make sure you connect the jumper cable first to the unit, then the positive terminal on the car battery, and then the negative terminal. The light will turn green and then you can jump start. I monkeyed up the order and it didn't work. My fault, I should have read the instructions.

Bought this as an emergency kit for my motorcycle and has worked great. Jumps my 1200cc and 310cc with ease. Have yet to jump a larger displacement motor. Everything secures nicely in the case to stash away. Seems to hold charge very well when not in use and charges quickly.

This was a ABSOLUTE LIFE SAFER as my car just so happened died in a BestBuy parking lot I rushed in brought this and THANKFULLY IT EVEN HAD ENOUGH CHARGE STR8 OUT THE BOX 2 get my car UP AND RUNNING THANK GOD 4 this gadget and BestBuy for carrying it in their store.

LIsten, this is that device that you will say you wish you had if you don't have one. Everyone hopes you never end up with a dead battery and of course, you never have cables when needed or can find someone with them. This thing right here should come as a standard car accessory. No additonal car needed, can do safely by yourself, and it WORKS! I can't really say much more than that. This product should be on everyone's short list of things to keep in your car.

Have own one for more over a year recently bought another one for my other car, battery life is awesome. Just like any rechargeable battery, if not in use the battery will drain but last for months if not used continuously. Always starts the car within minutes. You definitely get your money’s worth.

Accidentally left my passenger side door ajar that drained out my car battery over night. I originally bought this for another car as a back up. I didn’t think it would work on a truck. I tried it anyway. What could possibly happen? Wow.. :D. It worked!

I left my car for about 5 months in a parking space and knew I needed a jump. Instead of using AAA, I wanted to try this device and see if it could be something to rely on in the future. To my amazement and pleasant surprise, I bought one of these at Best Buy, walked about 10-15 minutes to my car, put the cables in the jumpstart battery, put the ends of the cables onto my car battery and pushed the button to charge my car's battery. Got in my car and started it with relative ease. Out of the box, the battery charger was at 80% to 90% full. I hope it works as well for you as it did for me.

Never had to use this until one time when one of my friends called and said hey, Can you come jump is where they were broken down. I was really anxious to go and do this didn’t think it was work because it was absolutely quiet but it sure worked really quick it was amazing
