    easy to hook-up; but beware of the low amp. rating going thru this power module. My primary power is fused and comes directly from the battery to avoid this problem - shouldn't be an issue on a low end stereo. The speaker is not loud enough and there isn't enough wire to move it outside of the dash assembly, but for $28 what do you expect.

    This wiring harness is the way to go if you plan on installing an aftermarket radio into your vehicle. This wiring harness will retain the factory door chimes in your vehicle when you are putting a new radio into your car. Axxess makes this harness as well but I would recommend this product over the GMOS-01 that they make. This harness makes the door chimes sound so much better than the other brand of this harness that Best Buy carries.

    Used this interface for my 2001 Chevy Malibu and it worked great at bypassing the internal security system with no issues. The wiring was simple and everything works like it was suppose to. Have had the unit installed for a little over a month now and is working great.
