Great value

When shield was cracked enabled me to go to Best Buy for new one and installation at no cost. Nice option as opposed to having to submit to Zagg online and wait a couple of weeks for replacement to come in.

AWESOME HP TOUCH LAPTOP

I've had 3 Dell computers. 1 Desktop 2 laptops and they always stop working g for me at lime a week later or slow down like melasas. This little 2 way HP Touch laptop is nice awesome and way better then them, Thank You BEST BUY. Thanks Carlos.

Went back to buy a new one and they told me it had a lifetime replacement guarantee as long as I brought the broken one back in. Fantastic! Thank You Best Buy!!

Peace of mind

If you end up breaking a screen, then you're protected. If you end up not using the plan, then the low cost at least gave you peace of mind.

No explained that u had to have the cracked one on you/bring it back

I was so happy I got this service, something spilled during lunch the other day, and my phone was fine, it was a pleasure knowing I had a protector on my phone.
