You know I’m not a super competitive gamer—I just enjoy it as a way to relax and escape. I recently bought a gaming laptop for when I travel for work, and I wanted a good experience with a controller away from my Xbox. I’m more accustomed to the Xbox controller, and this one took a little while to get used to. But let me tell you, once I did and customized the settings to play and pause my music while in the game, I can't put this thing down. I even got a little case (a cheap off-brand) to keep it in so it maintains its shape while in my travel bag. I love the clickiness and feedback. The settings are highly adjustable, but I’ll leave that to those who know what they’re doing.

One of the best feeling controllers I've felt in my hands. I love the mouse clicky buttons and the switch for the triggers. The only weird thing is the buttons next to the bumpers. I find myself accidentally squeezing and pressing them a lot so i had to turn them off in icue. Other than that, super worth it!

    Scuf Envision; Almost Perfect

This controller is hard to review because it’s both the best and worst pro controller I’ve owned. When it works, it’s amazing. Its potential is only limited by your creativity. The back buttons aren’t the best you can get from a pro controller but having two more additional buttons on the sides and g keys makes up for it. The problem is in the software. You NEED to run ICUE to take advantage of the customization options you’re given with this controller. And the software is extremely buggy. It’s not uncommon for your mappings to simply vanish. Sometimes while swapping through different profiles the controller stops working and you have to restart or sometimes even uninstall everything and reinstall. At the moment I’m having a problem where the r2 button is stuck on an infinite auto press. Maybe there’s a firmware update on the way but until then, buying this controller is a gamble.

This is an amazing controller for pc. It has only been a few days of use. I got it on release date 10/12. But, I can tell that this controller is a game changer for pc gaming. I own several custom controllers. And instantly can tell this is a level up above those. I have been using it for call of duty. And the responsiveness on pc is amazing. The icue software to remap and adjust trigger and thumb sticks settings is top tier. I highly recommend this controller for pc gamers. Finally a fully dedicated pc contoller that covers all the bases. The customization that Scuf is also known for applies to this controller as well. Faceplates, thumb sticks and etc. This will be one of the best pro customizable controllers out there on the market now and going into 2024.

Gorgeous piece of hardware. Highest quality I've experienced on a roller. This is the second scuf I've purchased and I'm happy with it. There's a learning curve with the high level of customization but once you get it dialed, it's fantastic. Can definitely improve your gameplay getting used to the back buttons and macros.

I’ve had this controller for 4 months and has been nothing but issues, I couldn’t reach 6 months without two paddles breaking from casual gaming and I’m not one to abuse the controller, slight show of stick drift and all paddles have an inconsistent feel. The triggers on the trigger stop feature have a crunchy feel instead of the clicky mouse feel that I slowly began to notice after less than a weeks use. The icue software needed to use this controller is also another huge downside of this controller because it is extremely buggy and also inconsistent as it changes dead zones on its own and then crashes making the controller unusable and when you restart the app the mappings you make are not working or the controller dead zones are off and you MUST reset the PC in order to use properly again and this controller is up to date on firmware and so is the software app. Another issue is when plugging in a headset directly to the controller it will change a hidden PC setting and will not allow you to use your microphone so others can’t hear you and you MUST factory reset your computer and delete everything in order to change that back. This controller has a lot of potential but is so poorly made and especially the software.

I had a xbox elite series 2 which lasted me about 3 years and was a great controller. I would say that its still one of the best controllers you can buy today. I purchased another elite series 2 but it was not working properly so i returned it and decided to give this a try. I did lots of research and read about all the issues with the iCue software and honestly had a little trouble understanding it and setting it up at first. However, theres a way to set up the controller and not have to have iCue open in the background. So once i figured that out i was good. Coming from the elite series 2, i wasnt used to this set up, in particular the back paddles. You cant rest four fingers on them like the elite series 2 so i only use my middle finger to switch between the four paddles. I got used to it after a few days and im starting to really like this controller. The input delay is almost nothing and one the best. I enjoy the mechanical switches and dont have any problems with stick drift after two weeks. So far so good. I give this a 9/10. I mostly use this for competitive FPS.

Easily the best controller I’ve ever owned! I’ve had a ton of controllers including original Xbox one controllers, the elite controller, and various 3rd party controllers and I’ll say this one is by far the best! Worth the money for sure

This controller has changed my past gaming experience, and has now made me a dedicated PC gamer; there are so many possibilities for the advanced user because of the additional 5 programmable buttons. Also, the paddles on the back can be remapped in the Corsair iCue hub; which for me was a pro in my buying decision being that all my input equipment is Corsair and is managed directly through the same hub. I love it, for the design, customization options, and for the improvement it has already brought to my gaming experience… at $200 after tax, it is the most expensive controller I have ever purchased, but because of these additional features and the awesome collaboration between this device and the Corsair iCue hub. I’m very satisfied with this purchase at this price point primarily because of how the controller integrates into the same hub as my keyboard and mouse, and it’s clearly a high quality input device designed for pro users.

This controller is excellent to use with PC, awesome features allow you to set keyboard keybinds to your controller. The stick and buttons all feel really nice to use and have great responsiveness. The only drawback to this controller is the scuff software is buggy with certain features. This is a controller for someone that has some tech savy to then the casual player or someone that is easily aggrivated by software bugs should probably avoid this purchase.

This controller is very good and you get a lot of premium features for the price you pay. I would give this controller 5 stars if it had at least a 1000hz polling rate and static mouse click only triggers. I have had to return 2 of these controllers unfortunately. One had the left mouse click trigger stop working and the other had the left interior paddle stop functioning. All in all I highly recommend this controller.

First i’d like to thank Best Buy for Having this Amazing controller in store, and not leaving PC Gamers behind. I’ve had many controllers and tried many, scuf feels good in your hands and clicky buttons are satisfying and responsive, it reminds of Razer Wolverine Ultimate. So i saw many people did review on it many complained about the Software issue, i think Scuf solved that issues, because out of the box i had a firmware update, and i customized all the buttons how I wanted i have no issues with scuf or iCUE, i can close iCUE and have my customized buttons.

Looks great and feels great. Was worried about the latency from button to actual game reaction but there is no issue with response. The software for both the controller and usb attachment are not updateable right now through icue due to bricking issues but the controller functions just fine. Just hate that there is this kind of issue with two well known company’s and is still unresolved after almost 3-4 months of the known issue ( icue & Scuff get it together)

I bought this in early March, and 17 days later, both sticks died.. they would stick. Return was only 15 days, so I had to send it to Scuf.. that repair took over 1 month. They did give me a brand new one, but during that time, I was using my Scuf ps4 control on PC. When I got this back, I connected it, and the stick response was 100x slower than the PS4. I haven't gone back, and it was a waste of 179 bucks. Plus, you need to install their software to do anything with it. Which is just blot. Steam req my PS4 control with no added software, and it works better than this. Also this is the 4th time I tried to review this product and it doesn't show up.

Had this controller for a week to test it out and overall the quality is grear, mappable back paddles, wired and wireless play for PC only, this will not work on console. Reason i returned it was due to how cheap the rear paddles felt and since the thumbsticks are not metal based like the Elite 2 the sticks would rub and get stick drift. I play competitive FPS games, Apex Legends and what not and i feel it was not the best when playing matches. For serious players in competitive play i wouldnt reccommend but if you casually like to hop on and play i say go for it.
