Not quite up to par with other game controls not having direct plugun to phone.

I mostly like the SCUF NOMAD controller but I have one major nitpick that I can't get past. The way my iPhone 14 Pro sits in it doesn't feel super secure and isn't aesthetically-pleasing. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the dpad on this thing.

The response to the phone is seamless. It's a great portable way to play games! The only thing is, I suppose, I'm just used to a regular gaming controller, so the buttons and joysticks feel smaller.

Very easy to configure and works pretty well with the stock app that is designed for the remote. Controller is extremely comfortable in my hands, and I do not have small hands. The joysticks are responsive and I do not notice any input lag from being Bluetooth. However, I would still prefer a direct USB C port to just dock the iPhone 15 Pro Max directly to it.

I know it said specifically for apple devices, but I assumed since it was just a bluetooth connection I'd be able to use it anyways. The main issue is that it didn't fit my phone but I won't fault it for that since it wasn't designed with my phone in mind. The real buzzkill is that it requires an app to use that's only available on the apple app store, controller doesn't function properly without it. Might be a great option if you have an iphone and want to install another app but if you want to avoid installing extra software I'd skip it.
