    Great product - downloaded 1.8TB from my dad's computer (took a while because of low transfer speed of computer) and sent the drive to my brother so he could put it on his computer for referance. Great way to transfer data from one computer to another.

    I found that its ok to use as back-up but instructions are hard to use. Have to go on-line to view videos to figure it out.

    So far so good. They get you with externals as they don't give you exactly what it's listed at. 2TB is not really 2TB, 5TB is not really 5TB, etc..
