    It’s a black squar-ish plastic box that contains some folders to secure items as you upload them to it. I don’t have a clue how it works because you barely receive it before you get this email to rate it. So, all in all, it comes in a pretty carton and hopefully it will do what it says it does.

    For what it is it works fine. It is very slow but I am OK with that because I am only using it to archive video. Only had it a few weeks but no complaints.

    Compact, quiet, and fast enough for backing up. I wouldn't want to try to work off of it, but I can save all my work at the end of the day, start the back up, and I'm good to go.

    Credit card was Charged twice for this item. Someone had trouble calculating sales taxes ended up charging twice for item.

    My Chromebook was saying read-only, I couldn't drag and drop. I had to exchange and I got a 4 TB for same price.
