I previously had a 8TB Backup Plus Hub and purchased the 10TB because I incorrectly set it to save everything instead of only updated files causing the 8TB to become full. When I purchased the new 10TB I thought it would work the same as my old one, but Seagate now only has them backup the PC continuously, not the external hard drives. As someone that keeps everything on external hard drives instead of the PC, this is additional steps and I could have purchased any hard drive out there. Seems very misleading to me.

Buyer beware: Does not work with Mac Big Sur/iCloud.
Set up was a bit challenging but got it working, transferred 4 gigs from two other hard drives only to find out you cannot open a document, make changes and save it back to the drive.
Customer service said it's a known issue, something to do with the iCloud back up. You have to make a duplicate and then that also won't save back to the drive.
I'm returning it.
