Horrible product

Horrible product, not buying from this company again.

BAD PRODUCT

I purchased for a customer and it came stright out of a new box with BAD SECTORS!! I was so embarrassed as a computer business. I had to bring it back within a coupe hours and traded it for a diff model.

DOA

After going through a lot of hoops for this with customer service they finally sent a replacement. The hard drive is now dead in my PC with it not even lasting a year. I would purchase a different HD.

Broken?

Dead Drive caused lost files
