Already broken

Fortunately I have total tech support and Best Buy is pretty great about their customer service, at least that's been my experience.

Very Disappointed with Seagate 14TB HD

Unfortunately, I didn't try it immediately, and didn't notice the defect till past the date to return. I don't know if the drive was originally defective or if it was thrown around during delivery. Very disappointed.

Shipping, Poor Read and Write Speeds

Poor service. Other than that, this drives read and write speeds are extremely slow. I would not purchase again.

Not 14 Terabytes. Actual size is 12.7 terabyes.

Totally empty, the size shows 12.7 Terabytes. I reformatted the drive just in case and still only have 12.7 Terabytes available. This is not a 14 terabyte drive. DO NOT PURCHASE.
