Brand new and sealed and it delivered in very good condition

Great external drive, I love these Seagate external drives with 18TB because I never delete back up.

It's very easy to set up. Plug the device into your PC, and you are good to go. I have had no issues with it thus far.

I love the item but was not pleased with the time it took to receive the item. I was told it would be ready in 5 days and it was two weeks later.

So far it works well. But because I wanted it to use with the my Router and a USB HUB I had to reformat it to NFTS format in order to get it to work. When Connected directly to my computer it worked fine before the reformat.

Seagate manufactures quality products and I will stick with them as a brand.

It was on time and in good condition and what I hoped for.

Good HD. So far no issues, but it does noticably spin more than others and I can hear it make "spin up" noises relatively often.

No issues with moving over 12tb of data on purchase. Love Seagate's bodies on these drives.

works great. Serves my purpose. I have two of these.

Really loved it till it failed after a few months use. Computer couldn't recognize it any more. i moved it to another computer rather than send it back for recovery purposes, and that computer recognized it just like the first one did. Now it is on death watch to see if it fails again. What keeps me calm is the rescue plan that it came with. That and it has a lower failure rate than WD.

I don't like giving a bad review for a product but this one deserves it. As I write this I am trying to export files to another HD because of the defective. Upon plugging this HD into my MAC, it will work itself (lots of repetitive clicking with nothing happening) for 10 minutes before something finally happens and I have less than 1 TB on it so far. Absolute junk TBH.

Failed after under 2 years. Do not buy or get an extended warranty. Seagate will not help with recovery since it's out of warranty.

Great drive, but lack of back-up software is a little tricky. WD's software did not work but no software means I have to figure it out on my own, and the Windows backup software does not seem to like Seagate. Nonetheless, great drive.

Seagate is the best. I love their drives. They are the only ones I use to store my files.

Of no use, tried it on 3 different PCs and even 1 server and it wasn't recognized, tried Seagate support and it was useless. I really needed this urgently and it was a waste of a days work and time. Returning it tomorrow for a full refund not even bothering to try another.

Drive constantly disconnects with the dreaded "blinking light" after a couple of minutes. I have several other large hard drives (All WD) and all work perfectly. Stay away from this one.

I love this hard drive because it provides so much extra storage space, and even comes with extra outlets depending on what country you're from or wish to travel to. It is very easy to use and wonderfully convenient
