I purchased this for 270 on a sale, at the time it was the most storage per dollar possible for new storage

A little disappointed that it really only has 22TB usable space on it. It seems to be quite compared to other drives I've had. Hopefully it last at least a few years.

Mine may have suffered internal damage while shipping, but it is DOA. Bought it for a Christmas gift, tried using it today and it is not recognized by Windows 11 at all. Tried 3 different computers and different outlets, nothing happens. I have bought Seagate products in the past and still have them and they work great. No visible damage but it's dead.

One of the worst drives. Constant issues, hangs, seize the entire operation. We bought two, and both were the same. Pure trash. Avoid these useless drives at all costs. This was the worst mistake we ever made.

Hard drive started failing on day 15, without me realizing there was only a 14 day return period. Waste of money, next time I will buy from another store, this was a very expensive hard drive that I was using as a backup and customer support on the issue was basically passing the buck to Seagate. Never again will I buy from Best Buy for anything.

Had it for a week, bumped it off my desk.....about 30 inches high. Bricked it!

All the space you could ever need in a speedy external package, this drive is incredibly easy to setup and use. I say setup, but all that really means is plugging it in to the wall and the computer. That's it on Windows 11, just plug it in and don't ever worry about running out of space again!

Haven't use it, yet. I liked the price and and the 26TB capacity. Now, I can save many TV shows and movies and not worry about running out of space. I am very excited,
