I would definitely buy it if you see it on sale. The read and write speeds are insane, I definitely recommend this for gamers or people who have a workstation. Comes with a warranty and even comes with “Rescue Data Recovery Services”, in case the drive gets corrupted, they will usually be able to get your data back.

Blazingly fast SSD

Upgraded from a SATAIII SSD and the performance is extremely fast. Nearly 7000MB Read and 5300MB write speeds. Build times in Visual Studio are quick with little lag even with 100 tabs open in Chrome!

Great drive but experienced a failure.

I bought this to be the boot drive in my Lenovo Legion 7 laptop. Cloned my boot SSD in the laptop to this, swapped and everything ran perfectly... for 2 days. Then I couldn't boot anymore. Drive was wiped somehow. Had a backup clone of my system so I sent that to this drive again. Checked and there was a firmware upgrade so did that and it's been working fine since. For that issue, I deducted a star.

Holy COW it's fast!

I am using it as a second drive so I didn't have to install the OS. I was surprised that Windows didn't see it, but the BIOS saw it, so I did a little Googling and learned how to initialize the drive. Once the drive was formatted and usable I benchmarked it, and it is nearly three times faster than my main SSD! Now I want to use it for my main drive.

Great Ps5 upgrade, nearly 6500 mbps on install.

I placed it in a third-party heat sink that was simple enough upon formatting I got speeds around almost 6500 Mbps. It even arrived a day early and I recommend both Best Buy and the device to anyone looking to increase storage in a PS 5.

Didn't perform like it was supposed to

It could have been from a bad installed but I could have been a bad SD card for my experience with it was poor. My computer totally crashed. It wasn't working right. I just hope so much more for this hd because I heard it was the fastest

Very fast especially since I upgraded from a SSD srive which use to be fast when i bought it. Great performance is what I needed to go with my new Intel I7. No regrets, flawless speed.
