Bought this for xbox usage. Speed is good, no operational issues, Wish color choices were different, all black would have been my choice color. Also noticed HD chunks (noise) when in operation on a hard surface. Found I had to layer a foam pad under it to get it to quieten down.Would give 5 stars accept for color options and noise.

Easily stores tons of games and works flawlessly. Easy to set up with a plug and play system. Can't go wrong with this purchase. Get a warranty just in case.

Was for my son for xmas. He says he loves it. He has tons of games saved on it. And makes ease of use instead of having to delete and download games all the time

8TB is definitely needed for 1Tb HDD of Xbox Internal Storage. Picked this up on Sale for 30% off and setup was a breeze.

Highly recommend. Stores about 300 games. Less noisy than my other 8tb external drives. Just plug into console and format than your good to go.

It’s a great drive added the storage I needed for these modern games that are just way to big! Lighting fast response time for not being a SSD.

So far this hard drive works well. I love that it also adds the extra USB ports! Very slick looking and efficient. However, a big part of why I got this one was because it said it was a portable hard drive (and that it has a plug-and-play design) which implies that it doesn’t require an external power source and derives its power from the device itself. In the stats it said the USB cord but did not list a power cord. This was obviously a Best Buy issue. As a standard external hard drive this is worth the money that I spent on this Deal of the Day. At its standard Best Buy price, it would be better to get elsewhere.

Best investment. I was close to running out of room and now I don’t have to worry about deleting games from my system. The price is worth it as well.

decent price on this hdd compared to the black model. Holds a lot of files or good for chia farming!

We bought this for my husbands Xbox and it works amazing. Has tons of storage. Will end up buying another for sure
