    I am sure this is a great product but my computer person, who helps me with my computer, said this was the wrong product for my computer. As I no longer have the sales slip for it, I am unable to return it!

    Dependable product. Bought it on sale. I was in need of an external drive for system imaging after purchasing a new laptop. I tried to setup as recommended by Seagate but ended up not as it was to backup.

    It does what it is supposed to do, and .mp4 files open and play quickly. I haveonly had it a short while so cannot comment on longterm reliability for storage. Using with a Mac mini.

    super simple to use and transfer data to backup years of photo's and video, began the process and left the device to do the work overnight of transferring the data.

    The Seagate-One Touch External Portable Hard Drive is great.... my only problem is this....before I could use it/connect it I had to also purchase a USB-C- to USB adapter for Apple.

    I found this external drive much more difficult to use than my previous Toshiba drives. I didn't like the fact that each time I used it I had to put in my password. I was able to dismantle the password but this drive is not, in my opinion, user friendly.
