    This pillow is effective on the coolness part, but is a very firm, unforgiving pillow. Nice pillow, but not for me.

    Unless you like a heavy pillow that is very uncomfortable don’t buy this especially when you have neck issues . I used it and miss my down pillows that I will buy myself for better comfort.

    For the first couple of minutes you could feel the cool then it didn't really work for the rest of the night.

    Not too thick, not too soft. Just right for keeping my head elevated without putting a strain on my neck. The gel memory foam is amazing. "Cool Comfort"
