Well over a year I'd been shopping for a mattress. I'd visited numerous stores & online sites, Costco, Ashley, Sleep Number, Purple etc. I narrowed it down to knowing I wanted: 1. Name brand that would stand behind their product 2. Hybrid since I wanted springs for stability but foam for comfort 3. Didn't want to spend over $1,000 for king size. I didn't know Best buy sold mattresses until I was on their site & this Sealy was listed on the 'deal of the day'. I was skeptical to purchase a mattress I had not even laid on & Best Buy doesn't include any introductory sleep nights. However, the mattress had good reviews, delivery was free & it was under $600. Also was a Hybrid. I've enclosed picture of the box with measurements in the event that you pick up yourself. Sealy recommended that you remove the mattress from the box and let it lay for 24 hours to puff up since it's rolled into a box. I removed it from the box downstairs to have room to lay it flat. It unrolled immediately was at full height. Now getting this king size upstairs with two of us proved to be difficult. It has no handles on the sides which I wish it did. If I did it over again, I would bring it to my room, unbox it a couple hours before bed and put it right on my bed frame. The mattress had no weird odor so it doesn't need to be aired out. The has proved to be the most comfortable mattress I've purchased. I used to wake up with bad backaches. I'm a side & back sleeper. The mattress does not move with a partner tossing around. So the memory foam does a good job with that however, it's not like some I've tried where the memory foam is hard to get out of. I'm in my mid-50s and now I wake up energized instead of waking up like I just got hit by a Mack truck. It comes with a great warranty therefore I would highly recommend. Get a good mattress cover. One that is waterproof on the bottom but cotton on the top so it breathes. When a full glass of grape juice was spilled, not a drop penetrated into the actual mattress. Again the only complaint is lack of side handles.

Let me start this review by saying that the mattress replaced with this one with is also a Sealy. It also cost me around the same amount for a queen (roughly $700). That mattress has lasted 14 years, and honestly is still very comfortable to sleep on, not lumpy in the slightest or any coil issues. But heck yeah I wanted a new one, and boy did I score big with this Hybrid! It's so comfortable to sleep on, like a cloud, with a firm foundation. I was not expecting this mattress to come compressed and rolled up in a box.. so imagine my surprise when I come home to a long rectangular box behind my porch. The box was quite heavy and not very easy to get up 6 stairs and inside the door. But I managed, all by myself. So just be aware of that if you live alone, or simply with a child too young to help you lol. Once the compression wrapping was off it plumped up very quickly. It said to give it 48 hours to fully decompress, but come on, who's going to wait that long to sleep on their new bed?! It was opened around 9:30am and not slept on until approximately 9:30pm, so 12 hours. It felt completely fine to me and was very comfy. I will say that it had a funky smell, which the instructions said will go away in about 72hrs, and to let it "air out" for that amount of time... once again, who is going to do that?! If I have a new mattress I want to sleep on it ASAP. So I dealt with the smell for a few nights and poof, it was gone. I had honestly forgotten about it before I realized it went away. Definitely not a big deal, just thought I'd mention it! This mattress it also thicker than my previous one, with the added memory foam layer on top. I was a bit worried the fitted sheet wouldn't fit, but it was just fine, no issues at all. Also important to note, I have pretty sever back and neck pain, and though I wasn't expecting much, this mattress has definitely helped! I don't know how, because I didn't change my pillow, but my neck pain is almost non-existent now, after only a week of sleeping on this mattress! My back however is a different story, I have a lower spinal curve with pretty severe lower back pain, which is at its very worst in the mornings. I have noticed a difference in the amount of pain I have when getting out of bed, and in my ability to bend forward. That's a win for me! This mattress cannot solve my back issues, but it has most definitely helped. All in all I absolutely LOVE this mattress and will recommend it to anyone, especially those with neck and back pain!

Just spent my first night on the new mattress. This was GREAT. I had to order a box spring off of Amazon which took forever (splurge for the double ones instead of the single box spring) but this mattress is a winner. It’s firm yet still pillowy soft. I feel supported, not just sinking in. 10/10 would recommend! Delivery was shipped by UPS and that went great too!

The mattress is starting to shift. So disappointed with the quality. I am mad that I can’t return it. It is suppose to be firm and it sinks in when you lay on it. If you sit on the side or corner of the mattress it sinks in also. As you can see in the picture the mattress is not even. The top part is starting to over sag.

Amazingly, this mattress came in a box about 4 feet tall and 1.5 feet square (see picture)! The box is quite heavy, so it probably is best to have a little help getting the mattress in the house and out of the box if you're not capable of lifting around 80 lbs without injuring yourself. All of the air is taken out of the mattress, it's rolled up and shrink wrapped as small as it can get! You take it out of the box, lay it where you want to set it ideally, then remove the outer shrink wrap with a scissors. While you're doing this, the mattress starts to expand, and sounds pretty cool as it's expanding. Once you get the outer shrink wrap cut, the mattress is wrapped in another layer of plastic bag which is most likely used when they're sucking all the air out. Cut that to remove it and the mattress is pretty much full size, although the instructions say it can take up to 48 hours for the mattress to fully regain it's original size. I slept on mine a few hours after taking it out of the box and laid on it about 15 minutes after it started expanding and it was already comfortable and good for laying on. The mattress is made up of inner coils with a very comfortable memory foam style top layer about 2 1/2 inches thick. The underside of the mattress has a thinner foam layer as far as I can tell. It's a firm mattress, with the memory foam acting as a kind of pillow top, although it feels different than a normal pillow top mattress I would say. It forms to your body as you lay on it, and the rest of the mattress remains fairly flat and solid, so for 2 people you're not going to sink into the middle. Definitely a different feel than a traditional mattress I would say. The mattress has an outer cover on it that adds to the comfort of the top layer. You don't need a box spring for this mattress if you don't already have one. The coils are very quiet when you're moving around on the mattress. I didn't hear any sound that you might expect from mattress springs / coils. The mattress comes with a 10 year limited warranty from Sealy, and easy to read instructions for unpacking and setup. Looking forward to more restful nights on my new mattress!

    Extremely Comfortable Hybrid Mattress

I've been sleeping on this mattress for about two weeks now and I am very impressed. My girlfriend and I sleep on a much more expensive King memory foam mattress in our main bedroom that we absolutely love. When I received this Sealy Hybrid mattress, it went in one of our spare bedrooms. I've been sleeping in it daily to see what kind of support and comfort this Hybrid Sealy mattress provides...for me, it is PERFECT!!! The bolsa coils coupled with the memory foam on this mattress provides for some ridiculously comfortable sleep with just the right amount of support. I would say it's well balanced. This mattress is not too stiff and not too soft either. This mattress easily rivals our much more expensive mattress in our main bedroom. I have not been able to find any perceivable faults that make this an inferior mattress as far as rest and comfort go. The mattress seems very breathable and extremely durable. The delivery of this mattress was amazing! It came boxed in a relatively compact rectangular cardboard box. The way the manufacturer packed the mattress was ingenious. The whole mattress is held tightly together inside the box by plastic packing. Unboxing it was very easy. This "To "Go" line is perfect for people who live in apartments, condos, or people who just want an extremely hassle free mattress delivery. I love this mattress and it will be getting tons of use for the years to come.

love this mattress. I’ve had it for 2 and a half years and it’s still just as comfortable. it’s difficult to move though. So if you are moving you need two people minimum. it’s heavy.

Came in a good sized box. Very heavy but was able to get it upstairs alone. I made the mistake of cutting a bit of the inner bag as I opened it but was entertaining once I got the shrinkwrap removed. It basically erupted out of the inner bag with a little help and alot of noise. The smell was gone within a couple hours and I slept on it about 10 hours after opening. The mattress is really comfortable. No pressure points anywhere. My partner describes it as sleeping on a cloud and I agree with her. I now sleep through the night and wake up feeling very rested. Really great mattress especially for the price.

Honestly, I didn't know what to think when I purchased this mattress. Best Buy is not what comes to my mind, at all. But I figured I was moving and I'd give it a shot. To start things off, it arrived slightly earlier than expected, which was great. The box wasn't too large and could easily fit in a small 4-door car. The box was also surprisingly heavy compared to how it looked. The mattress decompressed pretty quickly which was nice and it is super comfortable. The center of the mattress is firm but also has some give to it. It seems to form well to your body. The outer edges offer a bit less support and can sink in a little easy, but lets face it, I don't know anyone that actually sleeps hanging off of the edge of the bed (if you do, I'm sorry for my comment). This mattress is a GREAT value for what you get. I've bought other $600-$1200 mattresses and this beats them all by a long shot.

This is a great mattress and is very comfortable. My wife has back issues and it's been very hard to find a comfortable mattress for her. She's been sleeping on this mattress for almost 3 weeks now and is in love with it. We got it at a very good price on the "deal of the day" offer and are very impressed with the quality. We actually bought it for the guest bedroom but since she likes it, we ended up switching the mattresses. We are using this one now and put ours in the guest bedroom.

I’m 6’4” and 350lbs and conventional mattresses just don’t cut it. I bought this Hybrid mattress after reading tons of reviews and finding an excellent deal here on BestBuy.com. I’ve had it for about a month and I’ve had some of the best sleeps of my life! Soft yet firm at the same time. No pressure in the typical places. No waking up with a stiff back. 10/10 would recommend

I have had lower back pain for years after working in a package handling distribution center during college. Additionally, I have a big arch in my back that prevents it from laying flat when on a flat surface. Guys! the minute I laid on this bed, I could instantly feel relief in my back. After a week of laying in the bed, some pain has subsided that I have had for years. Bad thing is I got this for my son. Now I need to save to purchase a King size for myself ☺. If you can afford, def a great buy!

6 months sleeping on it and still love it... It replaced a classic Sealy 6 year old mattress. This one beats it by far, and at a fraction of what we paid for the other one thats was already giving us a bad uncomfortable sleep for a few years. So happy we switched to this hybrid mattress! As comfortable as can ever slept! Wished we discovered this before... Sleep super comfortable all night.. Definitely very recommended! Love it!

My fiancé and I have been thinking about upgrading our mattress for a while now, but really didn't know where to start! We didn't want to spend a ton and who knew that Best Buy sold mattresses. We read all the reviews and took the plunge. WE ARE IN LOVE! It is so soft, feels like a cloud, and we have had the best sleep we have had in a long time! The only thing is the box is HEAVY! So it was tough getting upstairs, but worth it!

This is my first time to buy a bed in a box,I was hesitant because I wasn’t able to try or see this bed physically. During this pandemic I tried to search reviews about this bed and found one in Youtube, asked the uploader hows the bed after 7 months of used and she said that it’s still in good shape, so I took the risk. This bed is comfy. Once you set it up on your bed frame and removed all the plastics the bed inflated right away.
