It has some extra cables. The fan isn’t completely silently but it’s close. For the price and quality I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I used this to replace a cyberpowerpc high power power supply.

It is an okay PSU

The RMA process was only 14 days and they were repsonive. The second PSU lasted 1 year and 3 months. I have never overclocked anything but this power supply has failed twice for reasons I don't know.

Defective on arrival and horrible RMA experience

It wouldn't properly start my computer from sleep, and it caused random reboots. It did this since day 1. The RMA process with Seasonic has been atrocious. It took almost two weeks to receive a replacement, which was (a) an older (worse) version of this PSU and (b) a refurbished unit. Seasonic says they only give refurbished replacements, even if a unit is defective upon arrival. Seasonic clearly doesn't stand behind its products--don't be fooled by the "10 year warranty" promise. I will not be purchasing a Seasonic product again and would suggest you look elsewhere, too.
