The person who did my installation was very knowledgable and accomdating. He calld frequently to update me on the status of my car and got my permission before adding any additional items to the package. He also worked longer than the amount of time quoted to get the job done right.

The install tech Marlon was knowledgeable and went out of his way to call Voxx Viper to troubleshoot an install issue that Voxx had not identified in their technical bulletin. Ultimately he saved me a huge inconvenience and we were able to correct the install. Completely satisfied now!!

Purchased this for my girlfriend. She loves not having to scrape frost off in the morning and getting in a nice warm car. Only problem she has had was very small. Apparently a wiring harness was broken, then patched up during install which resulted in a warning light coming on (sorry can't remember exactly what it said). It is a new car and still under warranty so the dealer fixed it right away with no problems by just replacing it with a new one.

Had a previous viper alarm system in my vehicle and was having trouble with the remote. After talking with an installer in the car bay, determined it was better and more cost effective to buy a new system due to costs of labor and spare parts to update my older system. The install of the new system was done fairly quick and works perfect. The install tech was very professional while maintaining an approachable vibe.

Best Buy has been great been issued with making it work in the vehicle but they continue to work on it.

I bought viper 5706v about two month ago; best buy guy installed it for me; when I got home, I found I can not use remote control to turn off my car; after one week, they fixed it for me. I always use remote control to turn on my car; when I tried to use my car key to turn on car, I found I can not turn on my car using my car key; I went to best buy and they fixed it for me. I think they need more quality control; after installation, they need to check everything to make sure everything is working. Now the alarm system is so far so good.

The young man in Best Buy that installed our Viper Alarm & Remote Start System was very knowledgeable and efficient. Brett was very professional and we felt very comfortable leaving our vehicle with him. We are extremely satisfied with our Viper install. We highly recommend them.

I had good customer service when I bought the product but not when I took my car back to have it installed. It did take 8hrs to get my car back. Everything works great on it except the smart phone was not set up at the shop so now I have to go back again. I will probably use best buy again for my alarm/ starter systems again if they go on sale.

The install technician at the Manchester store far exceeded my expectations. The service was professional and the install of my remote start system is very high quality. You can certainly tell they take pride in their work.

Love it! I would recommend it for the money. Here in Arizona it gets hot, I have uncovered parking, black leather seats and a charcoal grey car= hot! Now my car is cooled or heated in the winter and always comfortable

Highly recommend getting you alarm installed at best buy. They stand behind the work their doing and they perform a clean & neat job. No comains at all.

the remote start is great. It does have a timer on it, so it shuts off after a period of time but I am able to restart it if I am not ready to leave or if its really cold out -vs- a factory remote system where you can only start the vehicle one time. The technicians who work there were completely knowledgeable of the product I bought and very very professional and helped me to understand my vehicle and the new system.

The installation took less time than expected, and the parts that were not needed were returned on the spot even though I didn't know they weren't used. All items explained in detail, clean install, all items work great, as they should.

I bought this alarm from best buy and installed it on my Titan, the installer did a fantastic job on the installation very friendly and helpful. The alarm has worked great with no problems. I highly recommend buying from best buy.

The installation for my Viper alarm/keyless entry works great. But my only setback with the installation was the cost. Depending on where you are living, there might be much cheaper installers in the area then Best Buy.

I purchased my first viper alarm for a work truck 314,000 miles ago. It is still working with no issues. I purchased this one for my truck and another on for my son's truck. It's nice that it's a 2 way alarm so the key fob goes off without having the thing on my phone.

Overall, I love the fact tht I can warm up my car from my room or job and not have to wait for it to warm up.

The geek that installed the alarm damage my car. My car was towed to the dealership to reverse the work done by the geek because the car doesn't start. Three weeks already I don't have a car because Best Buy insurance delaying and not calling me or the dealership to approve the repair.
