    I had this installed in my truck two weeks ago with my remote start system. worked fine for two weeks now when you arm it it will chirp once then again two seconds later. No flashing blue light on the Valet button to indicate an armed system after the second chirp. system says its armed but yet open a door or tap on a window hard with a metal object, no alarm. And now with the temporary closure of Best Buy I can't get this fixed or a replacement installed. Have the same system in my Wife's 2012 Jeep and it works great. Possibly I got a lemon.

    Disappointing, The siren on this thing is weak not very loud at all which is its purpose

    Actually my car already had an alarm so I didn't need it so they were nice enough not to install and I got a refund. He could have easily installed it but he was honest about it awesome

    I purchased this for a 99 crown victoria and it said it was comparable. First my install was pushed back several times all for me to get there today and for them to tell they couldnt do the install because I didnt have both master keys which the wedsite never said. I read the reviews throughly and it said nothing of the sort. This was purchased back in May, it is now June 4th way beyond the return period. Absolutely absurd!

    Dont know how it works, after waiting 3 hours my installer at Best Buy said it cant be installed on my car which is a newer car , so i went to Tint World the following day and got it installed. I lost money because I had break my bundle!

    It’s not what I thought. I thought the system as far as the push start would have been great.but it’s the opposite it works when it wants to work. The alarm is great it does go off. And the alerts for locking are cool

    Alarm is not as sensitive as it should be. Installed in my truck, I can open, jump in the bed and the alarm will not go off. I can also rock my truck from side to side without the alarm going off. Factory alarm is better.
