My daughter loves this. Great quality bc and pretty fast, 15mph. It actually charges a lot faster that a previous one we owned which is great when being used on a regular.

I purchased this scooter for my daughter, trusting in the brand’s reputation, and it worked perfectly for the first four months. Then, out of nowhere, it completely stopped working—the front wheel jammed, and the scooter wouldn’t turn on. It took me nearly two weeks to reach customer service, and even then, I had to package it myself to ship it back. It’s now been over five weeks since they received it, with no update or resolution. This has been a complete waste of time and money. I’d recommend avoiding this brand entirely.

So far so good. Not too fast for my 13 yo. He uses it every day and there has been any issue. Battery life seems to be good.

Great so far! I've only put 20 miles or so on it but so far so good. It's a bit better on hills that I thought it was going to be, but I'm way under the max weight so your experiance may vary. The only caveat is the rough ride. No suspension on this one and the tires are rigid. To be expected in this price range though and a trade off I'm willing to take to avoid punctured tires.

We bought 2 of these because 1 is not enough! Our family uses them almost everyday. No regrets, only good vibes.

customer service was horrible. I ask the person at the service counter. If I could put the scooter together in the store and they said it was only 2 screws. I had to tighwell security came over mobile and told me. The manager told him I have my stuff outside so so I then asked if I could get someone to help me carry the other. Box outside because I ordered 2 skinners and security said.Just take the one outside and leave it outside and then come back in and grab the other box. So then I said really?I can't get somebody to help me.Bring the stuff outside when I just spent Almost seven hundred dollars Then all the security guards came over and the police officer.The guard's destroand they said why can't you do it yourself? I then said get me the Manager. Security gave me a hard time about getting the manager.And the police officer was egging me on saying just Take it outside yourself. Over and over but I didn't respond to him because he was just trying you. Egg me on then, then. The manager finally came to the front and got somebody to help me bring the other. Box outside. I don't appreciate being treated this way. Especially when I spent almost $700. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service.

My son loves it so much we may have to get one for our daughter since her Hoover board doesn’t work

I like how fast and smooth the scooter is. I like to ride it on my free time and around the park!
