    What a TERRIBLE scooter!!! Trying to communicate with Segway was a joke!!! They don't understand English!!! They sent us upteem parts.... Grandpa worked on the scooter which was a gift for his grandson which had broken down a week after we bought it for him..... we finally got it running for him but the parts still keep loosening up and making noise.....WHAT AN AWFUL SCOOTER!!! Don't buy this scooter. We thought it would be a good brand, boy were we wrong!!!

    Bought 2 of them and The battery gets hot and the overheat light comes on on both of them

    I bought this for my son for Christmas. He rode it about twice a week for two months. One day it stopped working and the front wheel would just move back and forth rapidly. I contacted Segway for warranty repair. This was the reply. The relevant staff told me that this was customer-induced damage. The relevant technician said that from the appearance, you have been driving in the rain and mud, causing damage to the motor and the motor needs to be replaced.
