Absolute JUNK and they don't care!

Could not return to Best Buy because it's beyond their 14 day return policy. I have spoken to Segway several times and get a different answer every single time! So sad that neither party will make this right!

Great starter scooter!

We originally tried the Zing E10, but it was too small and we felt he'd outgrow it quickly. The E2 plus is the perfect balance for him. The build quality is great, which is expected from Segway-Ninebot. The LED lights under the deck are nice for added visibility. I can see this lasting him into high school, though I may need to replace the battery in a couple of years. The only con I could find to this scooter is that the display is not bright enough to see it during the day. It's almost impossible to see what is on the screen.

My son lives on campus and wanted something that could get him to class and football workouts. Segway is a great brand and the price was great. Once we got it up and registered he took off. He called me two days later and he was the guy on the football team with the cool scooter. As a parent there was nothing more I could want from this mode of transportation. Now it has a sufficient amount of speed at 750 watts, it's a flat surface scooter.

Good choice for price

Using it to go to work and back to home. Pros - great battery. I use for about 45 mins a day and still at half battery. Charging it every night. - great front light, and good floor lights for being seen at night. I still recommend another light for cars to see your back on street. Cons - comfort not available. You can feel every little stone on the pavement. If there is a pothole you will feel it hard and your feet may hurt. I recommend wearing a helmet for safety.

A Nearly Perfect Scooter

It's smooth as butter while riding, the acceleration in Sport mode is sufficiently speedy, and the LEDs are a nice touch. I only tick it down a star because the battery life is a bit lower than I had hoped. In addition, due to the small gap between the front wheel and its guard, leaves and grass can get stuck and make a funky noise while riding. Very minor complaints though.

Safe scooter but range is horrible

I weigh 195ish so i max out the weight capacity and thid scooter tends to groan a bit but runs well. Thr brakes are safe. I love it. The platform seems flimsy so maybe i should lose like 70 lbs. greaf first scooter if yoh dint have far to travel

Impressive for the price!

I weigh 200lbs and it has no problem taking me up to 15mph. The head lights and talights are plenty bright. The lights underneath are pretty nice too. The app integration is quick and seamless. This really has me excited to try something even faster. Got it on sale for $320 with free helmet so I think it’s well worth it. It makes me feel like a kid again zipping around on it.

Segway scooter review.

As someone who has a husband with diabetes it has helped him maintain somewhat physical activity. It glides smoothly and charges fast. Very good speed as well. 10/10 recommend.
