    This product was purchased for my son and he loves it. Still fairly new since we just bought this about a month ago or so. Overall we are happy with the purchase and this is helping my son get to and from work without being stuck too long in the heat. Since we live in the Phoenix area aka the valley of the Sun we are pleased with this purchase.

    I upgraded my sons c2 pro to this. I can control the speed he does. And he can make sure he locks from the app for double safety. I feel like this one give him more foot room as well. Also i would prefer a light vs the speaker on his previous scooter. He love the scooter. I love segway. A trusted brand that i know my product can last. Any replacement item i need they have online.

    I ride this through the streets of Boston. The roads are sometimes not "great" and it seems to handle it well. I love the phone app function which allows me to keep track of the location of the bike and alerts me instantly if someone moves it. Great "1st time" scooter purchase. Highly recommend. Good price, great quality.
