This is a great introductory model. My biggest complaints are:
1. The locking mechanism when folding the Segway is constructed of plastic and breaks easily.
2. The battery life on this model is very short. Depending on usage, look forward to a 30-45 minute ride before needing a charge.
3. The locking handle on the front of the scooter has a rigid design and acts as a spear head be very careful around it. I managed to hit my knee and paid dearly for it.
Beyond that it is a great introductory model for the price I paid (on sale). I get a lot of enjoyment from this Segway. In comparison to a lime scooter, this model is much lighter and a lot less powerful.
This model has multiple settings for power delivery, only one I find useful. The “S” setting. The other settings offer minimal power delivery and weird acceleration or slow speeds.
