I purchased 2 in the last 2 years, the first started giving an error 21 code after on 40 miles and still does it to this day, the second one lasted about 8 mos before battery issues started. It would give error 51, error 42, error 21 all at random times. The scooter doesnt go pass 12 miles per hour anymore and thats on a full battery, uphill its about 9mph. I love the scooter which is why i bought it twice but i cant a third time. It just doesnt last long enough. And i only used it to commute from a parking garage to my job site, roughly 2 miles a day.

We bought 3 of these for our kids back in 2021 and all three have now failed. One of them had an internal wire sever for no reason at all and two of them have bad batteries (don’t achieve too speed at full charge and die quickly after riding for a little while). We took very good care of these and yet they still fell apart on us very quickly. You get what you pay for with these cheap pieces of garbage. Spend a little more and avoid Segway brand.

After 1 year of ownership and as my major commute tool (3 miles) to work, I got 400 miles on it and it's still charging to 95%+ or original battery volume. Definitely recommend unless u r 180 lb + for obvious reason :)

Ive been using this scooter for a bit now and for the price its impressive. Start up is a bit slow but range has been close to advertised knowing im on full speed the whole time.

ordered Oct 5th, product was never shipped and Best Buy canceled the order on Nov 12th.
