It has large 10" tires and a very smooth ride. I cannot speak for durability or overall quality, which only time to tell.I think this is the best value here at Best Buy and overall an excellent scooter for the money, especially if you are over 5'10, near 200LBS or have big feet. Areas of improvement could be some better app features, smart phone holder/integration into handle bar, an add on battery for better range and built in lock. This is part of a mobility study my company is conducting so I will update this again for better data and longer term evaluation.

Its very convenient. I use it to go to school and also for work. I will definitely recommend this. I also bought this when it was half off.

Good Starter Kick Scooter, smooth ride, safety futures and App support.

Modern scooter, son enjoys it and can't believe he has one now (early b-day present for a good kid). It rides great, smooth surfaces are best of course. You feel every bump and crack on the road but that's part of the experience. Does a good job lumbering my 180 pounds up hills. Only demerit is the handlebar doesn't latch onto anything when folded (despite manual saying it possibly can), so it's not easy to carry.

I really have enjoyed riding this scooter, once I got the hang of it. While its not the most powerful, I get around well. Disappointed that the rotor was bent (still not right) and i had to adjust the hook that keeps the scooter folded, so knocking a star for that. Probably will get something with more range someday, but this is fine for now.

Quick enough especially for the price. Feels premium

scooter is real fun, the range comes nowhere near advertisement but maybe cause im about 200lbs other than that its great, for everyone claiming it goes 25 in sport mode its true but its 25kmh which equals 15.5 mph just like advertised

watch out for battery range. its really less than 10 miles

Its a good and fun scooter. Set up is super easy. My personal problem was i am on the 225pounds so it only gave me almost 8 miles in total. But im sure ppl on the lighter side would get the max out of it. But i upgraded to the F30. I just wouldn't recommend it if youre over 200 pounds.

This is a great scooter, I really like everything about it. I’ve been riding it about 6 months for commute and couldn’t be happier. It charges pretty fast, steady, goes 15mph. I chose the cheapest one because I wasn’t sure I’d like scooting. God, I love it! The only thing they can improve is range, but if you put a little more money and level up, or bring your charger (since it’s pretty light) with you.

I am so happy I bought this! It is easy to get started. When you take it out of the box you just have to lift the bar up and lock it. Mine came with a partial charge. I like the huge tires. It went 25 mph. I was expecting 15. It seemed to last 2 hrs on one charge.

A fun lttle scooty toot, great for getting around in a small town, theoretically the range is extendable if you're willing to go aftermarket and soupe it up, handle height is perfect for my 5'11 frame. A good piece of kit.

We were so impressed with the quality of this scooter! Everyone in the family uses it and has enjoyed it. It clocks up to 25MPH! I’d definitely recommend purchasing one.

Its one of the best things i have brought i use it for work its easy to use it gets 15 mph its strong and well made irecommend 100% it's well worth it

It is a good product but the battery only gives half of what it says it can only go for 6 miles, so an electric scooter with little autonomy is not a good option.

This scooter is awesome, does pretty fast, easy assembly, overall a great buy. I trust the Segway name and this is good enough for riding around the development. I don’t use this for work or city riding, just to the development pool and back which is about a 20 minute walk.

12.5mile range but battery only lasts for approx 3-4 miles. I’m a 200lb guy that left it on the standard drive mode. Returning item for the 40 mile range
