Great starter scooter for anyone under 250 pounds.

Very bad quality. Bought brand new unit from Bestbuy. My daughter only used it to go to school (2 miles each way). Unit died 6 weeks after purchase with BMS Error 21. Had to ship unit to Segway for repair. I had to spend $40 on a box as we had shredded the original one. Two weeks now and I just called them. They say they are still working on it and that they have a huge backlog. No ETA. That tells you a lot of customers are having issues. Just google Segway BMS 21, you will see. I would not recommend this scooter or any Segway scooter for that matter.

It was good at firts, but battery doesn't last after 11 months.

Purchased an f30 went to turn it on no power charged several hours no charge returned it same day for another with the same issues

Would not even turn on even after charging. Had to return and get a replacement.

Just wait to get a puncture in the tire and the fun is gone. Not even the company YT channel show you how to do it...They avoid it show you. No spare parts in the store and there is no way you can change the tire. NO TIRE shop will SERVICE you. Email to sedway....they will not replay to you.

My first scooter, which I soon exchanged due to a small cruise range. Allows you to move around the city quite comfortably for short distances. If you plan to drive a long distance, do not spare money and buy a Ninebot MAX.

Great scooter. No assembly was required. I wish it came with a phone holder. I know you can buy them but that is just an added expense. I love the cruise control feature. It has quality built into it and is a little heavy so if you were using it as a commuter I would be sure the 25 or so lbs would not be an issue. I have used it on a few trips in the neighborhood and still on the first charge. My wife had never rode one before and had no issue hopping on and taking it for a spin.

Pretty good for my time in ATL. Took me to the Beltline and back and to other parks with ease. When I moved to the DMV it’s been even easier to use. Mine has taken a beating and I’ve had it for nearly 2 years. Works pretty good still. Downsides: Wish grade clearance was better. If you weight above 150 you need something with more power for going up hill. 2: can’t extend the range on it. Other models you can but unfortunately for this one your stuck with the range it comes with. It’s almost enough. Almost. Speed is perfect for beginners. You don’t want anything faster than this without hand and elbow pads. Helmet of course so you don’t hit your head.

Short work commute and it’s everything I needed in an e-scooter. Setup was easy. The app is not bad. I’m 6’0 and 240lbs and it’s plenty fast enough to get to my job and home. My work is just 6 miles away. It’s not heavy either. I recommend this as a first scooter to anyone debating on it. Going to get a second one for my girlfriend so we can scoot around town.

Fun and fast had trouble at first the app was giving me lots of trouble and still have trouble from time to time connecting to it but beside i would recommend goes faster the 18.6mph on sports mode it hits a top of 25 mphs and it could takes heavy bumps its easy to change during modes while riding cruise control easy to use aswell the brakes giving me all the confidence to ride if your wondering if it rides on dirt it can if the dirt isnt thick but it will be a really bumpy ride and if the dirt is thick it wont work on sports while on top speed it gave me about 1hr 30mins if you keep it on eco the whole time i could easily say it gives you 3 hrs

Decent scooter. Struggles a little when going uphill but works like a charm on level ground. Brakes could be better and I always need to be extra careful when going downhill. They include an extra tire so that's a plus. I've driven this in light rain and snow so it holds up pretty good. Can skid on slippery roads so be careful when you drive it in poor weather conditions. I drive to and from work everyday so its been in pretty regular use and is holding up fine. You should consider getting a bike lock as the Bluetooth lock only works as long as the scooter is in range. The only thing I'm worried about is the brakes wearing out. The pads probably need to be changed after a certain amount of time and I am yet to look into that. It is a little on the heavier side to be prepared to do some lifting when you get her. All in all, its a good buy if you're willing to invest in an electric scooter.

Ive always want to to explore our state parks. When its not a walk with th family a ride on the scooter covers the miles. Im a heavy person so my first concern was battery life, I was able to get 16 miles with enough battery remaining for acouple trips to the bath house. Charge time isnt awful from about 25% it takes about 3 hours to get back to full charge. The power of the scooter is not amazing but its impressive for the size of the scooter 15mph is way ti fast anyways in a campground/state park so it work for me. The accessories available through segway is impressive too such as a seat with storage, portable speaker, phone holder, etc. you cant go wrong with segway they make a qaulity product. I definitely recommend this scooter and any of segways products.

Had it for full two weeks before we decided to return it. Everything is good, very sturdy, extremely smooth, and fast. Unfortunately, it's just too heavy and was impossible to fold. My daughter had trouble every time trying to fold and unfold. What's the point of having a folding scooter when you can't fold it and its full size is too big for a compact SUV. I'd recommend for someone having better strength to buy it.

I really like this electric scooter that I bought at Beat Buy. The battery life last pretty long. The speed it enough to go fast but not too fast where you get hurt. It’s really easy to make turns and it’s very smooth.

I can't get enough of this scooter. I ride it every chance I get. Great value for the range and speed, plus a fantastic build quality. I have two and might get 2 more so the whole squad can ride
