This is a reliable scooter, the battery life is outstanding, fast acceleration with options for speed and eco mode, the app actually works with my scooter with distance tracking and cruise control as to other scooters apps fail. I have had this scooter for a long while now and zero issues and I am still using the same tires.

Purchased for a 12 YO who was begging for one for their birthday. Glad I did choose the F30. And Segway is a known brand. This will be good for a few years of messing around. Operating speed is perfect for his age, Looks stylish and even took it camping with us where it also got pretty dirty on the dusty roads. Easy enough to clean, simply lightly rinse and wipe off and looked brand new. Kid uses it for around the neighborhood, and when going to beach/camping to explore. Used almost on a daily. Had it for a month now and no complaints. Great buy.

We purchased this scooter for my 14 yo son, but honestly everyone in the family likes it. It is very smooth when driven on the street and gives you great speed. Battery life is great and does not take an infinity to charge. The height on the handle its good for any person. My husband it's 6'3" and I'm a foot less and we both feel very confortable when driving it.

Everything you want in a start up scooter. Good range good speed 4 out of 5 for me because I want more range and speed and I wish it was lighter

Bought two f-30s. We have ridden them on several occasions and given them a good workout. Highly recommend great quality great battery life and fun. If I were to nitpick a bit I would make the kickstand a little more substantial. Outside of that they have exceeded my expectations.

Really fun, really well made, and minimal assembly required. It struggles going up hills but otherwise it has good speed and good range. Definitely recommend.

Ive been using this scooter for about a month now and have been loving it! Its battery life is pretty accurate to its description and it can climb any incline ive encountered. Its build quality is the best out of the few scooters ive bought. Everythings very solid and it even comes with extra screws and an extra tire. Really gives the feeling it should cost more than it does! Overall very satisfied with the product.

Easy set up but you need to download the app to use this product. I recommend downloading it first and then set up your product. Its fairly simple but will require about 5 mins of patience to get through all of it. After that its fairly simple get on scooter, push off and then you can hold down the throttle. I enjoy riding it around and even at max i feel comfortable riding it around with out any issues.

Been waiting for a good sale on legit brands and saw this one on a great Black Friday deal and finally pulled the trigger! I've been mostly happy with it, and my gripes are just personal preferences. First, the limit of 15.5 mph. The scooter is plenty capable of going faster, but the limiter just doesn't allow it too, and for those looking to unlock higher speeds via region change, the firmware out-of-box is too recent for any of the apps I've found to make changes. Second, after prolonged rides (> 25 minutes), I get an error 21 which means the battery monitor system cant communicate with the battery, which I've hypothesized is due to overheating. I just turn it off for a minute then back on and it works again, so a nuisance but not a big deal. For riders near the max weight like me, you will need to kick-assist up big hills. However, for just fun, recreational use like me, it's great!

The price alone is why I purchased this as it going for more at your local bike shop. 2nd reason is because I’m 220 so it can hold me up compared to other scooters in its class. The headlight works great, the battery lasts about a week depending on commute distance, and it maxes out at about 15mph. Worth the investment after about a year of use.

I ended up purchasing this scooter because my car broke down and needed a way to commute to work (about 6.5 miles from my house). Definitely wasn't expecting to have this much fun riding a scooter! It has a very easy learning curve and extremely intuitive handling when it comes to the ride. When you're ready to zip on Sport mode, it will be ready for you. Setup was a breeze as well. Go get yours and get out there!

I didn't have high expectations because it was a slightly cheaper product than others. It is super easy to put together, the application allows you to manage everything and gives you security. And the quality of the product is good, it is not that fast but it takes you to your destination without problem.

This being my first scooter in quite some time (10 years), i have such a blast riding this up and down my street and all around town! The 18 mile battery life is incredible when on eco mode. Drive mode i will usually see 15 miles of range and for sport mode it’s usually 10 miles. Im in love with the headlight and taillight when riding at night. Within the segway app, this unlocks so many cool features like energy regeneration brake settings, tail light pattern options, and cruise control which is nice only when on a smooth road. Im in love with this thing!

This thing is really easy to use, charge and stow away. Plenty fast. Only drawback is that you have to move it yourself before the electric throttle will kick in, and it can be a bit stubborn sometimes. The Sport setting should have an override that includes a 'Just Go' setting. I'd definitely buy again.

Great deal on a good scooter! Decent range and manageable speed, good first adult-sized scooter for teenagers.

Highly recommend this scooter to anyone who is looking for a fun and reliable ride. Got this for my son to go to and from school and he loves it. The App is really handy and can record your trips. We put an Apple airtag on it for added security. No isses yet! Cross fingers
